How to Reach Milano Marittima

Milano Marittima is a district of Cervia, a town easily reached by car from the main Italian cities thanks to its strategic position on the Adriatic coast, served by the State Road 16 Adriatica. From Rimini, for example, Milano Marittima can be reached by car travelling along the SS16 in 45 minutes, while from Riccione in about an hour. For those travelling from northern Italy, it is possible to take the A14 motorway first until the Cesena Nord exit and then take the E 55 and SS 254 towards Cervia. From southern Italy, always take the A14 motorway Bari – Bologna until the Cesena exit and then follow the signs for Cervia.

The main railway station is Cervia-Milano Marittima, located a few kilometres from the centre and situated on the Ferrara-Rimini railway line. For those who prefer to travel by bus, there are several services operated by the START company connecting the resort with nearby towns, with connections intensifying especially during the summer season. The nearest airports to Milano Marittima are the Federico Fellini airport in Rimini, about 47 km away, and the Guglielmo Marconi airport in Bologna, approximately 110 km away.
